You hand a spectator a regulation die and two small containers with their covers. Ask the spectator to secretly (so you the performer can't see) place the die into the smaller container with ANY number facing up. Then have them cover the container with it's lid. To make certain that you can't see the number he has chosen and faced up, you place that container he has closed his die into inside of another container, putting the lid on that one as well. Pretending to concentrate intensely you incredibly announce his selected number. You will leave them baffled. How did you do that?
